Have questions about our Packo's Loyalty Program? Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

What is the Packo's Loyalty Program and how do I join?

The Packo's Loyalty Program is a loyalty program that rewards you for eating, drinking and shopping at Packo's. You earn one point for every dollar spent. You can join online or at any of our locations.

How do I change my email address?

You are able to update your email and/or postal address by logging into your Packo's Loyalty account at www.tonypackos.com/loyalty.

How do I change my name or phone number?

You are able to update your name and/or phone number by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your card number and new name/phone number.

What if I have two or more cards with the same email address? (ie: Multiple family members)

You can register multiple cards under one account therefore both will sign in with the same email address to view the points on each. What should I do if my card is stolen or lost? You can request a new card at any location or email your mailing address to [email protected].

Can I get a new card if my card is worn out or broken?

You can request a new card at any location or email your mailing address to [email protected].

What should I do if I can't register my card? The website says: "This card number has not yet been entered into the system."

The card was ordered online or not swiped at the cash register. Take the card with you on your next visit and have the server/bartender swipe your card when you pay.

How do I know where I am on each reward plan? How do I find out my Points?

Log into your account at www.tonypackos.com/loyalty to see all of your account details including point totals. You can also request the detail receipt after you use your card at any Packo's location.

I have two cards can I combine the points?

Yes, email name and card numbers to [email protected].

What do I do if I am not receiving email communications?

Check to ensure our email address [email protected] is added to your safe senders list or address book. (Emails may be going to Junk Mail if not added to these lists.) and/or log into your account at [email protected] to update/verify your email address.

What if I forget my card when I go to a location?

You can have the location look up your account using your phone number.

Can I add points to my account if I forgot my card?

You can email your card number, date of visit, and guest check number to [email protected]. (Points can't be added online)

Can I use my points to purchase food and/or merchandise at the restaurants?

Rewards are issued after reaching predetermined point levels. Those rewards are able to be used on anything, but alcohol in the restaurants. Discounts can be applied at a table, at the food counter or in the gift shop.

My check total was less than my reward discount - do I get the remainder back in cash?

No, our rewards have no actual cash value.

Does Tony Packo's™ sell or rent my information to third parties?

No, we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. For more information please review our Privacy Policy.

This policy describes the personal information we collect on www.tonypackos.com/mypridecard and any other authorized sites, services and tools where this policy appears (collectively, this "Site"), how we use it, and when we share it with third parties. Program terms applicable to Programs not described herein or in the Terms of Use Statement provide additional information about information collected related to that Program(s) and how it is used in connection with the applicable Program. This policy applies only to information collected via this Site, and unless otherwise specifically described herein or in any Program terms, does not apply to information collected offline (including but not limited to information you may provide over the phone, via fax, or when visiting a Tony Packo's™ or any other website of Tony Packo's). Please note that not all of the features/functionality described are available on or through each portion of the Site.

We do not sell or rent to third parties any of the personal information that you provide to us through this Site, however, we do provide your information to our suppliers who are performing services for us, but we do not authorize third parties unaffiliated with Tony Packo's to make independent use of your personal information for their own benefit, such as for their own direct marketing, without your consent. Additionally, aggregated and/or anonymous information about our users may be shared with any number of third parties. In addition to the uses described above, we share information with these third parties primarily to respond to your specific request or to obtain their service and/or advice on how to improve our business. To provide you with information about new products or services, events in our restaurants, events that Tony Packo's sponsors, including but not limited to contests, sweepstakes and surveys, and other special offers and marketing programs, which may include information about our affiliated company(ies), and/or other programs with which any of us or them are involved.
4. To enhance our customers' and Site users' experiences in our restaurants, on this Site or in a Program and enhance the sales efforts of Tony Packo's.
5. To provide Site and Program functionality.
6. To conduct research and analysis and to otherwise measure the effectiveness of this Site, our online and offline marketing efforts ad to develop and implement products, services and marketing programs. This analysis may include combing personal data drawn from online and offline sources.

Contests/Sweepstakes

On occasion, Tony Packo's may conduct or sponsor contests/sweepstakes with opportunity to win prizes. A part of entering a contest or sweepstakes on-line through this Site or through a third party provider site, certain personal information may be required. This information will be used as described in the applicable Official Contest/Sweepstakes Rules.

Surveys

From time to time Tony Packo's, directly or utilizing the services of third party provider(s), may ask you to participate in surveys. If you provide personal information, this information will be utilized as described in the privacy policy applicable to the site collecting the information. Information transferred to Tony Packo's shall be utilized as described in Information Collected and How It Is Used. Survey responses received by Tony Packo's may not be in anonymous format and may be associated with your Program account number or the like.

Site Usage and Targeted Marketing Information

Like many websites, this Site gathers traffic patterns, site usage information and similar data. This usage data may identify you individually and we may associate it with other personal information that we collect from you on this Site and related to any Program(s) you participate in and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy (see Information Collected and How It Is Used section of this privacy policy and any applicable individual Program terms for more details on how this information is used). This usage data may also be used in anonymous and/or aggregated form. We may share anonymous and/or aggregated statistics about visitors to this Site with others outside our Company, and we may allow third-parties to collect and aggregate non-personal information through this Site. Tony Packo's maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Unfortunately though, we can't guarantee that any safeguards or security measures will be sufficient to prevent a security problem. Why Did You Receive an Email?

If you received an email from us, your email address was registered in Tony Packo's Rewards Program which includes regular email communication notifying members of special offers, events, point balances and promotions. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings

How Do We Protect Your Privacy?

We use regular security measures to protect against the misuse, loss and alteration of data used within our system.

Changing Your Information

Please notify us immediately at [email protected] of a lost or stolen member card. If you need to update, verify or delete your personal information related to a particular Program please edit your account in the area provided. Please, note, however, that changes made either in an account area or by contacting us directly may not remove your personal information from specific uses for which it was previously provided or active marketing or other programs. This information will be updated as soon as reasonably possible, subject to retention for Program administration, dispute resolution, troubleshooting and other valid legal or business reasons. Opt-Out

To opt-out of email marketing communications, unsubscribe using the "unsubscribe" choices at the bottom of an email marketing communication from us or send us an email at [email protected] and will we remove you from our mailing lists as soon as possible, subject to retention for Program administration, dispute resolution, troubleshooting and other valid legal or business reasons.
